In 2025, he closed more than $17 million in combined residential and commercial sales. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Grant spent two years as Vice President at Allie Beth Allman & Associates, where he represented buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

His experience includes luxury residential sales, buyer and seller representation, office and retail leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment properties and mixed-use developments.
